Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AISongGen service, including the website at aisonggen.net, the mobile applications, and any associated APIs (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

AISongGen is operated by the AISongGen team. We may update these terms periodically; if we do, we will notify active accounts by email and post the new version with an updated effective date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication if it is available for your sign-in method.

Notify us immediately at security@aisonggen.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We may suspend an account at any time if we observe activity that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or harmful.

Inputs you provide (prompts, lyrics, reference audio) and the outputs the Service generates from them are collectively called "User Content". You retain ownership of your inputs.

For outputs generated under a paid plan, AISongGen grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, distribute and monetise the output, including for commercial purposes. For outputs generated under the free tier, the licence is limited to personal, non-commercial use.

You grant AISongGen a limited licence to host, process, and deliver your User Content for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not use your User Content to retrain our models without explicit, opt-in consent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• generate content that infringes the rights of any third party;
• attempt to clone the voice of an identifiable real person without their permission;
• generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors;
• circumvent rate limits, abuse credit pools, or share account credentials;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or use the Service to train a competing model.

The Service itself — including the model weights, the interface, and the underlying code — remains the property of AISongGen and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to the Service beyond the right to use it according to your subscription.

These terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may close your account at any time from the account settings page; doing so cancels any active subscription at the end of the current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms or if your activity creates legal, security, or operational risk for the Service.

You agree to defend and indemnify AISongGen against claims arising from your User Content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. We make exceptions where required by local consumer protection law and at our discretion for documented service failures. See the dedicated Refund Policy page for the full process.
