Rights granted by tier
Personal

- Use in private projects that are never published or monetized
Standard Commercial
- Use in monetized social posts, podcasts, and small-business advertising
- Royalty-free across digital channels: YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, web ads
- Up to one global brand or single client per certificate
Extended Commercial
- All Standard rights, plus broadcast, paid distribution, and large-budget campaigns
- Unlimited platforms, unlimited regions, unlimited campaign duration
- Sub-licensing to agency clients permitted
- Sync rights for video, film, games, and brand activations
Common restrictions
Personal
- Resale, redistribution, or claiming the audio as your own composition is prohibited
- Commercial use of any kind requires upgrading to Standard or Extended
Standard Commercial
- Resale, NFT minting, or distribution as standalone music product is prohibited
- Cannot be used as a registered trademark, jingle, or sonic logo without Pro
Extended Commercial
- Cannot be re-sold as a stock-music asset on third-party libraries
- Cannot be used to train competing generative-audio models
