Our safety standard
AISongGen is for lawful, consensual creative work. This policy applies to prompts, lyrics, reference audio, generated music, album artwork, public shares, and every other use of the Service.
Prohibited use
- Do not generate nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, or sexually exploitative material. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
- Do not create non-consensual intimate content, face swaps, deepfakes, or material intended to impersonate, defame, harass, threaten, or exploit another person.
- Do not generate hateful or extremist propaganda, instructions for serious wrongdoing, illegal goods or services, or graphic content that glorifies real-world violence.
- Do not upload lyrics, audio, voices, names, images, or other material unless you have the rights and permissions required to use it.
- Do not evade safety controls, probe for prohibited output, automate abusive traffic, resell accounts, or circumvent credits and rate limits.
Cover-art moderation
AISongGen may generate an album cover from text derived from a song prompt. Before any cover reaches the image model, that text is screened by the Creem Moderation API. A denied or flagged prompt, or an unavailable moderation service, produces no image. Music generation may still complete without artwork.
Enforcement and reporting
We may block output, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that breach this policy. To report unsafe content or an account, email support@aisonggen.net with the relevant URL or generation ID.
