Refund Policy

1.Overview

AISongGen subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Outside of the cases listed below, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

2.When refunds are granted

We will issue a full refund when:

  • the Service is unavailable for more than 12 consecutive hours during the period you paid for;
  • you were billed for a renewal you had cancelled before the cycle started, but the cancellation did not register;
  • you live in a jurisdiction whose consumer protection law grants a cooling-off period and you request the refund within that window;
  • duplicate or accidental charges occurred due to a billing system error.

3.When refunds are not granted

We typically cannot offer a refund when:

  • you have used a substantial portion of the credits in the current billing period;
  • you are unhappy with the creative quality of a generation — we offer regeneration credits to address this;
  • the request comes more than 30 days after the charge.

4.How to request a refund

Send an email from the address tied to your account to billing@aisonggen.net with the charge date, the last four digits of the card or payment method, and a short explanation. We respond within three business days. Approved refunds appear on your statement within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
